Andrew Ceraulo has been practicing immigration law for over three decades. He is a 1979 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Ceraulo has conducted seminars on Immigration law for major research institutions and major corporations. His clientele ranges from a skilled workers to Academy Award winners. He has handled thousands of immigration matters in all areas of practice for all nationalities. Mr. Ceraulo reviews every case that his firm handles and is involved in all stages of the case process. He has both a practical and theoretical knowledge of the immigration law process.

Anshumat Parasar joined the Andrew Ceraulo Law Office in 1996. He specializes in Immigration Law and Labor Certification. Admitted in the State of New Jersey in 1998, Mr. Parasar received a Doctor of Law at Rutgers University School of Law and served as a Managing Research Editor for the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal. He also received a Master’s degree of Electrical Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from RVCE, Bangalore University.

Anna M. Ceraulo brings to the firm many years of service in obtaining compensation for injured clients and in handling employment and family based immigration matters for a diverse clientele where she has specialized in procuring work visas for outstanding researchers, individuals of extraordinary ability and individuals whose work is in the U.S. national interest. Ms. Ceraulo received her legal training with the nation’s largest municipal law office, the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporation counsel, in the prestigious Manhattan Trials Unit and the Medical Malpractice Unit and worked on high visibility projects on behalf of the City of New York. For many years, she served as a arbitrator for the Civil Court of the City of New York and has been invited to lecture at world renowned research institutes on immigration issues involving self-sponsorship. She is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association, and Nassau County Bar Association, and is active in a youth mentoring program at a local middle school. Ms. Ceraulo is admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of New York and in the U.S. District Court of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
